We collect only what we need to clean your home and keep you informed: your name, contact details, address, and the details of your booking. Card payments are handled by our payment provider, and we never see or store your card number.

We use your email to send booking confirmations and updates about your appointment. Marketing emails are optional, and you can opt out at any time.
